PLANAGE  SWAHA is perfectly synchronised with the SWAHA of POLONEUM, and is aimed at permanent and pragmatic support of the POLONEUM Family of Organisations in implementing ITS  SWAHA  according to the PROCEDURE adopted by PLANAGE   as the TMP, for the basis of indispensable when making decisions for the POLONEUM Family of Organisations and all of ITS Allies.
