This program aims to implement on a regular basis discoveries made by POLONEUM EDUCATIONAL ACE in the field of verification of the information database on the history of the human race on this planet. Since 2012, POLONEUM has been continuing the PLANET POLONEUM program, its huge project aspiring to scan and verify all information from all areas of human knowledge. NARADA

The NARADA program is an initiative of the Family of POLONEUM Organisations and Its Allies transferred to TIIT Institute and PEACE in order to systematically work out Temporary Mighty Presumtions, TMP. Through consultations with many organisations involved in research, POLONEUM adopted the TMP that in the Information Age, it is necessary to create the INFORMED COMMUNITY, which will lead the Informed Debate, ie applying all Elements, with the Primary Element, OPENNESS, at the forefront.
The NARADA name was accepted because of its historical continuity, confirmed by the prakrits, in which this term means the exchange of information aimed at raising the group consciousness of .
In contrast to all other types of discussions and debates, NARADA therefore means the exchange of information according to strictly defined rules, specifically according to STANDARD, which places, among others, emphasis on the use of logic and the concepts, ie defined strictly according to STANDARD. Because only the exchange of information ma sens makes sense and run systematically allows all to reach higher levels of conscience.

We are witnessing debates about the realities of our reality with the use of concepts that are not fully logically and precisely defined, and the analysis of all author's interpretations shows that each of them is based on a different scientific database, which modern science is unable to correct and leaves without comments. The Logic clearly indicates that our civilisation does not have a unified database as to the elementary knowledge of the Cosmos Physics, and this knowledge is the basis for rational reasoning on any other topic regarding the realities of the world.
having in its agenda the fight against infomination, came out against this problem, working out in the department of Studies a Metodology based on Information with Definitions, Concepts, Transfers and Data Base, which everyone can use and create their own Theories. Due to the strong genetic and linguistic mix, all cultural environments constantly come to confrontations with each other, during which they encounter the need to use Information from historical sources, which, naturally, with time is becoming more and more difficult to access. The increasing amount of interpretation of Source Information on the Internet has deepened this problem considerably, therefore, NARADA came out with the initiative to get all our historical knowledge and in accordance with the OPENNESS, Primary Element of , publish this desinfomination on an ongoing basis, because, as already demonstrated by the international practice of Public Administration, this is the best way to preserve the harmonious coexistence of all the Cultures of this planet.

SWAHA OF POLONEUM ACE

introduced the neologism of Swaha in the meaning of Mission, because in the light of the study this Concept turns out to be one of the necessary TMPs for an adequate description of all programs and projects of the POLONEUM Organisations Family. Following the footprint of POLONEUM, PEACE uses the term Swaha as an abbreviation for defining its constitutional message, available in paragraph 3. of the PEACE Constitution, which reads as follows:

Since the promotion of each type of education is an action that enters the most intimate sphere of the human psyche. INFORMED COMMUNITY

The term Informed Community has been used by the TIIT Institute in the project INFORMED COMMUNITY (IC) POINT and is understood in it as 'A society living in accordance with OPENNESS, the Overwhelming Element of ’. Exactly in this context, PEACE collaborates with TIIT through this program, supporting the effort of the Family of POLONEUM Organisations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of humanity's struggle against infomination and reaching higher levels of consciousness of .
The use of digitised ways of communicating with the Government, such as this through (IC) POINT and OPERADA, is a big step in this direction, but not the only one and the task of this program is to develop a number of other instruments and platforms enabling fruitful cooperation between society and the Government and thus create a target structures of the entire human civilisation.
As you can see, it is a very ambitious idea, the implementation of which requires time and resources, but it is worth putting it as the goal of its operation, because we already live in the Information Age and the next generations are already and will be more and more intellectually adequate to its implementation.
Objects of this program the INFORMED COMMUNITY are already partially implemented by the NARADA program and are as follows:

PVJ - OPTIMISATION OF JOB CREATION

This program is the result of POLONEUM's long-standing experience in running the POLONEUM Voluntary Jobs (PVJ), in which the program is organised 'work for the dole', according to the applicable government standard, but always with the prospect of receiving a very well-paid job and in line of the volunteer's interest. Among the numerous programs and projects of the Family of POLONEUM Organisations, there are many such projects, ie the TIIT Institute or PEACE projects, which due to their originality, innovativeness and technological advancement have the potential to satisfy people with unusual personalities with a very specific approach to life, rare interests and high intellectual expectations.
This activity is programmed in such a way that the volunteers in their work create the future jobs for themselves, exactly according to their requirements and preferences. Such a policy means that even the heaviest tasks to be performed are not negatively perceived by employees as life's failure, and they do not cause them to be frustrated because they clearly see the purpose of their actions.
On this basis, PEACE develops increasingly better methods of servicing its volunteers, aiming to make it a routine in the future and one of the most popular ways of finding employment, also allowing to improve their views on life and adjust their preferences to changing circumstances.

PRIORITISING THE BIOTECHNOLOGY

This program supports the use of biotechnology in the whole of modern industry and its task is to search and publish any records presenting the superiority of biotechnology, as the Technology of , other technologies and the necessity of its dissemination. After the promotion made by POLONEUM at Seminar Poddębice 2001, a number of initiatives were created, including in Australia, Bioconst and Instytut TIIT have been registered, which have since made every effort to ensure that this innovative development direction is recognised by the existing industry. It turned out, however, that despite the evidence delivered by these companies in the form of patents for fluorescence and luminescence in plants and the very positive acceptance of the promotion of their pioneering products on the Internet, there are still no changes in the mainstream industrial development concepts.
After considering a decade of experiences of the POLONEUM Family in this field, NARADA came to the conclusion that the emphasis should be put on promoting the idea of implementing biotechnology for all industries, with particular emphasis on biotechnology priority in the construction industry and architecture, because these areas have the greatest potential to visualize to all and to the enormity of the positive effect that this innovative creative thought gives to the whole planet and all its inhabitants.
Modern technology is now able to meet the full range of requirements of GM Architecture and it is only a matter of awareness of this fact to professionals in the required fields. This direction has been chosen by NARADA because of the establishment of a general trend in the humanity's development, which is heading towards globalisation and the normalisation of its cultural diversity. This GLOBAL COMMUNITY BIO-HOUSING program aims to organise housing according to criteria set by the development of Biotechnology, or Technology Consistent With the ARCHITECTURE of , proposing specific projects implementing this technology in this process for the needs of social organisations with structures consistent with developmental trends of the human community.
PEACE project specialised in the implementation of this program is BIO-GOUSING COOPERATIVE. This idea is a multi-stage one and so far-reaching that one can not expect specific results in too short prospect of time, but its initiation is already necessary, because it has so deeply sense for all mankind, that it is impossible to overestimate it. It is a completely new front, which proves that every new concept harmoniously connected by the IT technology with the realities of our civilisation is possible to implement.
The pioneer cryptocurrency is ‘Bitcoin’, which successive initiation in 2009 triggered an avalanche reaction, as a result of which the next cryptocurrencies began to emerge, of which there is now over 4,000. They evoke a real impact on the existing economy, which must adapt to this new situation, and although no one is able to predict the final effect of this phase, everyone is already realising that this is the future of the economy of this planet.
The safe functioning of each cryptocurrency ensures the so-called ‘Blockchain technology’ which introduced an IT script to the IT workflow, effectively blocking access to private data of cryptocurrency users and gave a solid foundation on which this entire new economy is based, therefore called 'Blockonomy'.
Because this is the future of finance, PEACE decided to follow the footsteps of banks and all other socially useful organisations and adapted to the new reality by developing the DASCONOMY Project in order to be able to operate in new economic conditions, ie in full harmony with the Blockonomy.
