THE ROUTE OF THE ‘POLONEUM DELEGATION 2001’ POLAND

3. COSTING

POLISH ASSOCIATION, being the host of the Delegation while in Poland, cover the cost of the Delegation’s accommodation over the tourist route around the country, as shown in the above schedule. However, POLONEUM is responsible for the total cost of the Delegation's transport from Adelaide to Okęcie International Airport, Warsaw, Poland, and to the briefings and functions.

Any additional communication and sundry type expenditure is also to be covered by POLONEUM. The amount for the entire Delegation exceeded 100 thousand dollars, and is specified in the documentation that is kept on POLONEUM file.

4. RECOMMENDATIONS

POLONEUM and POLISH ASSOCIATION provide a retainer of an agreed value (and cover any additional documented cost) and secure office support in both South Australia and Poland for the Delegation. Cost of indemnity insurance is compulsory and to be borne by the participating Organisations-Parties.
All researched information will be the property of all Organisations-Parties involved.

*    Delegation's schedule has been altered several times due to natural circumstances, which included coincidence of Bank UG's AGM during the Delegation's stay and a number of other events of that importance. Also, it has to be noticed, that the Delegation has not been hosted in Poland according to the Recommendations as in the above plan and has encountered some difficulties. The Development Council has referred to all important points raised during the Special Resolution Meeting and filed all relevant information.
In May 2002 POLONEUM INC. has successfully finalised first point of its strategies for Poland - POLONEUM DELEGATION 2001’. The POLONEUM Development Council anticipated unpredictable circumstances, so despite the fact that the Mission turned out to be a challenge for all the parties involved, it is the great POLONEUM's success.

6. REPORTS

Summary

Overall, the goal has been achieved, as non-less than 500 business, environmental and government organisations have been contacted and approached in Poland, of which more than 100 committed to a long-term cooperation according to the formula presented in POLONEUM PROPOSAL.

Another fantastic achievement of the POLONEUM Delegation was the 'GM+ARCHITECTURE Seminar' in Poddębice, which delivered greatly to our Organisation's activity in Australia.

This positive outcome has motivated POLONEUM Development Council to organise and pilot consecutive POLONEUM Delegations of the 2000 series to be introduced in this page of our Web site.
